One-Time Purchases Payments made for one-time AI tools, credits, or modules are non-refundable once access has been granted or the service has been used. 4. Custom AI Development / Enterprise Projects Custom AI solutions, enterprise integrations, consulting, development packages, and tailored services are not eligible for refunds once work has begun. This includes: Data engineering AI modeling Integration work Strategy and consulting hours If a project is canceled before work begins, a partial refund may be considered, excluding administrative or onboarding costs. 5. Failed or Duplicate Payments You may request a refund if: You were charged twice for the same service Your payment was processed due to a system error You did not receive access to a purchased service Such refunds will be issued after verification. 6. Free Trials If a free trial is available: No charges occur until the trial period ends You must cancel before the trial expires to avoid billing Refunds are not issued for trial-to-paid conversions. 7.
